We are happy to announce that Centen State will release their song BURN trough the record company MISTER SUEDE RECORDS distributed by PLUGGED RECORDS DISTRIBUTION.

This special release is a compilation CD among with 19 other songs and artists with great success (MTV, Top charts etc.)

There are going to be some changes in our line-up from now on. William has decided to leave the band due to other priorities and lack of time. We all thank him for his time in the band and wish him good luck in the future.

This brings us to the question - Do we really need a 5th member? the answer is no! in order to avoid spending more time on search for a bassplayer that is willing to commit we decided to rearrange our original line-up and let Patrik mantle the roll as our new bassplayer.

Centen State is now a 4-man band! Stay tuned! =P

We are going for a little road trip to Hagfors in Värmland this Saturday. This particular event is a 2 day city festival and opens on Friday 13/7. We will hit the stage on Saturday 14th at 1600 houors.

We got three new gigs coming up! The first one will take place at Rock Baren this Wednesday 11/7 at 20:00 a clock. Due to some requirements to keep the volume down we will play this one unplugged and without our drummer and bassplayer who will be joining you guys in the crowd. Hope to see you there!

Thank you all who came and saw us play at Diamond Dogs yesterday! We had a blast on stage! We are glad to announce that William Turner is now officially our new bassplayer and we welcome him into the band and to the CS family.

New Bassplayer!

We are currently trying out a new bassplayer named William Turner! He really fits the profile, both personally and musically, which is very important as we are aiming for a stronger and better CENTEN STATE. So far so good. We hope he can keep it up on stage as well! I guess we'll find out quite soon! ;)

So, whats going on!?! first of all our basplayer Daniel has left the band due to other more important things in life. (What's more important than music, we wonder?) Thank you Daniel for you'r time in the band and good luck in the future! I guess that officially leaves us without a basplayer meaning that we are in need of a new one! Regional semi-finals in Emergenza

On Saturday, 6 May 2006, Centen State will play in the regional semi-finals of the music-festival Emergenza. The event is held at Musikens Hus in Gothenburg and we will go on stage at around 22:00. Please come and listen and support us!

Tickets are 85SEK if they are bought from us or 100SEK if you buy them at Musikens Hus. Contact us by mail or phone if you are interested in attending.

Emergenza 2006

On thursday february 9, Centen State will perform at the international music festival Emergenza. This particular event is the first heat of the competition. Please come and listen, have a beer, relax and support us!

The event is held at the club Henriksberg in Gothenburg. The first band goes on stage at around 21.00 and we will play at roughly 22.30. Tickets are 100SEK in the door or 85SEK if you buy them from us.
